We at Hampton Roads Charter would like to give you a few of the basics of our Striped Bass/Rockfish Season Trips. Hopefully it will answer some of your Questions and make for a more pleasurable Fishing trip for you and your group!!
We can only allow 30 People fishing at once. We are often fishing from the back of the boat and it makes things easier for all. Private charters may bring up to 55 people, still, only 25 may fish at a time!
The Ocean Eagle sets up and drops anchor. We then chunk the water and cast out the lines from the back of the boat. The mates of the Ocean Eagle will be very busy during this time casting, chunking , baiting and hauling in the Big Ones so please compensate them for all their hard work!
- Limits 2 fish 18"-28" per person.
- We cannot keep 28"-34" fish.
- You can keep 1 fish over 34" and 1 fish 18"-28".
- Have a great day of fishing!!
